Job Description :
- Menjadwalkan dan melakukan audit store secara periodik untuk memastikan seluruh prosedur kualitas yang diterapkan sesuai dengan standar.
- Mengumpulkan dan mendokumentasikan performance hasil audit setiap store.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan internal Quality Control dan lintas department untuk menyelesaikan masalah kualitas yang ditemukan selama proses produksi.
- Membuat laporan paska audit dan menganalisa gap masalah kualitas dan mengusulkan area perbaikan.
Talent Acquisition :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
- 1 year work experience as a Trainer in the Retail or F&B industry.
- Possess Trainer/Facilitator certification (preferred).
- Willing to be mobile and assigned to out-of-town locations.
- Able to work optimally, both individually and in teams.
- Assertive, honest, and possesses strong leadership skills.
- Knowledgeable in training concepts.
