Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Finance preferred).
- Minimum 3 years in accounting/finance, including experience in taxation.
- At least 1 year in a leader role.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial presentations.
- Creativity in financial strategy and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and develop team capabilities.
- Ability to communicate financial and accounting information effectively to stakeholders.
